Gluten Free Chicken Noodle Soup (ramen style)
I call this "Ramen Style" because you make it like you would ramen noodles, except with rice noodles!
Get yourself some:
-rice noodles (in the Asian section of your supermarket--very cheap!)
-canned chicken (or leftover chicken)
-Massel 7's Chicken Style bouillon cubes (gluten free, vegetarian, no msg, etc.) or any bouillon of your choice
Optional add-ins:
-green onions
-dill
-chopped garlic in a jar
-sauteed mushrooms
Then:
Cook your rice noodles (so easy) and throw everything else in. Voila!
Very tasty!
Make this a more filling meal with a side of GF cornbread (and if you use flax-eggs instead of real eggs, then it's moist and dense and so much better!).
