Mexican Chicken Bean and Rice Bowl





Get yourself some of this: 

-Chicken (you can season with cumin & chili powder for more yum factor)
-Black beans
-Corn
-Cooked brown rice, jasmine rice, or any rice you prefer
-Sour Cream
-Salsa
-Cheese
-Any toppings you like:  green onions, guacamole/avocado, jalapenos, etc.


Then do this: 

Layer rice and the rest into your bowl.  YUM!
