Chipped Beef on Toast




I bet you grew up eating this shit.  And while I am calling it shit, know this shit?  Is good shit!  It might be poor people food, but it's yummaroni!  So make some tonight!!


Get some: 

-packages Buddig beef (one for each person!)
-3 C milk
-4 T butter
-4 T flour
-toasted bread


Then: 

Chop up your beef with a knife into bite-sized pieces.  Toast your bread.  Melt your butter and add the flour when melted then add milk until thick.  Throw your chopped up beef in the milk gravy and warm.  When warm, ladle onto your toasts.  Then salt and pepper them.

This was a staple in my house growing up :)
