Get these:
-shredded potatoes
-waffle mix or pancake mix
Then:
Mix up your waffle mix or pancake mix (I make my own) and throw some shredded potatoes into them and voila! Very dense and filling!
Make sure you squeeze out any water in them and cook your waffles or potatoes as you would regularly!
I am Swedish, and putting potatoes in bread styles stuff is a very traditionally Scandinavian thing to do!
