Get yourself some:
-1 pound ground beef/hamburger
-1 small chopped onion
-1 can mushroom soup
-enough milk to make it the consistency you want
-½ cup sour cream
-1 small can mushrooms (chop em up!)
-noodles, cooked (or mashed potatoes, if you like!)
-sprinkle pepper on top
Then do this:
Grind up yo meat in a hot pot! Then drain it in a fat bowl (never down your drain, ick!). I keep my fat bowl in the fridge. When it fills up, I just stick a knife in the side and pop it into the garbage and start over. While you're cooking your hamburger, put your chopped onions in (unless the meat is frozen, wait until it's all soft). Then mix the rest together, minus the noodles.
Heat it all up, and pour over noodles. Yum!! I served mine with homemade biscuits. So filling, so tasty, and so good!
