The Bowl Diet: Bibimbap
This awesome little bowl is called Bibimbap! It's a Korean dish, which means "mixed rice". You can add any veggies you want to it, along with ground beef (or any beef/meat you want). Tonight we made:
-spinach
-zucchini
-mushrooms
-carrots
-brown & wild rice
-fried egg on top
You can put a sauce on this, such as hot sauce or some type of Asian sauce that you enjoy. Or, you can break your egg yolk open and use that as a sauce and top with pepper and garlic powder. If you wanted to this be more breakfast, you could add chopped, roasted potatoes to it as well :)
