White Bean Mayo

 


 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked white beans (like cannellini or great northern), drained and rinsed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1–2 tbsp unsweetened oat milk or broth (to adjust consistency)

  • ½ tsp dried dill or parsley

  • ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)

  • 1 tsp tahini (optional, for richness)

  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast (optional, adds mild umami flavor)
