Chicken Pot Pie





I used to make this regularly in the fall and winter before I went lo-so.  But it's daaaamn good, so give it a try!


Get these:

-Canned chicken or leftover chicken (or get a whole chicken, empty the innards bag, roast that sucker at 350 for 20 min/pound and use the meat from that)
-2 cans of cream of chicken soup
-frozen veggies
-pie crusts


Then do this:

Mix chicken with veggies and cans of soup in a bowl.  Then spray your 9x13 pan, lay down your first pie crust (they come in sets of 2), then top with chicken mixture, then top with other pie crust.  Bake according to directions on pie crust.  YUM!
